Customers can provide product drawings, material specifications, surface finishing requirements, and the required quantity (MOQ) to help us quickly understand the project needs.
If there are plans for mass production or long-term orders, please also let us know for overall evaluation.

Design Review & Process Discussion
Based on the information provided, we will evaluate the product structure and manufacturing feasibility.
We will also discuss suitable manufacturing processes according to the product requirements to help confirm the optimal design direction.

Drawing Confirmation
After the design is finalized and the drawings are confirmed by the customer, we can assist in producing prototypes or samples if required to verify the design and functionality.

Official Quotation
Once the design and specifications are confirmed, we will provide a formal quotation based on the required quantity (MOQ).
The quotation will include unit price, lead time, and payment terms to ensure both parties have clear and consistent information.

Order Confirmation
After confirming the quotation, lead time, and payment terms, the customer may proceed with placing the order. The order can be confirmed by signing the quotation or issuing an official purchase order.

Order Processing & Production
Once the order is confirmed, we will begin material preparation and incoming inspection. Production will be arranged according to the approved drawings and specifications. After manufacturing is completed, finished products will undergo inspection and proper packaging.

Shipment & Invoicing
After the products are completed, shipment will be arranged. Customers are welcome to confirm the product quantity and quality upon delivery. We will issue the invoice according to the payment terms agreed upon in the quotation.

Project Completion
Once the order is successfully delivered, the project will be considered completed. For any repeat orders, mass production requirements, or technical adjustments, we will continue to provide full support and assistance.
